As the term of 2021-2022 Board of Directors comes to an end, IEBCA would like to thank its current Board members, especially those whose two-year term is coming to an end, for their contributions and making the 2021-2022 another successful year for the Association. As well, in preparation for the 2022 AGM and election of new Board members for the year 2022-2023, IEBCA is calling for nominations from eligible members to join the Board of Directors.
IEBCA is encouraging all its eligible members to participate or nominate other eligible members for election of Board members. Per Section II.12 of the IEBCA Bylaws, eligible candidates for Board of Directors are Full Members who have been in good standing (i.e., paid their membership) at least “for the past six (6) months prior to the date of the AGM”.
